Role

Assist in coordinating and monitoring Site Branding, OOH, DOOH, Radio, Cinema, Society/Community Activations and BTL campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with the vendor teams for the execution updates on site branding

- Coordinate with agencies for execution of creative changes of campaigns

- Assist in OOH/DOOH media campaign tracking

- Coordinate for Radio, Cinema and Society/Community campaign activations

- Prepare campaign trackers, MIS reports

- Maintain execution photographs/execution updates

- Prepare regular PPTs for campaign reports

- Ensure timely follow-ups and meeting timelines

- Monitoring all OOH media approved for each campaign

Mandatory Skills

- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, MIS & dashboards.

- Excellent Microsoft PowerPoint skills – skilled presentations, media plans & management decks.

- Strong communication, coordination and follow-up skills.

- Excellent organisational and analytical abilities.

- Ability to monitor multiple projects and tight deadlines.
