Role & responsibilities :

Leading MNC in Auto Component Industry

We are looking for an experienced Administration & Facilities professional to manage plant infrastructure, facility operations, maintenance projects, vendors and Capex/Opex activities. The role offers an opportunity to drive plant-level facility projects, cost optimization, compliance and workplace improvement initiatives in a large manufacturing setting.

Key Responsibilities :-

- Lead plant Administration, Facilities & Infrastructure activities.
- Manage civil, electrical, HVAC, power and workplace improvement projects.
- Handle facility maintenance, BMS, CCTV, PA/Pager and related systems.
- Manage vendors/contractors, quotations, negotiations and performance.
- Prepare and monitor Capex/Opex budgets, cost estimates and MIS.




- Ensure timely execution with focus on quality, safety and compliance.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, Procurement, IT and other functions.
- Support ISO 14001/45001 and internal/external audits.

Preferred candidate profile :

- 7 - 10 years of experience in Administration, Facilities, Infrastructure or Project Management.
- Strong exposure to plant facilities, vendor management, budgeting and maintenance.
- Excellent planning, negotiation, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and MIS reporting.
- MBA HR/Finance will be an added advantage.
