- In-charge for overseeing all mechanical and electrical work.

- Responsible for execution of electrical substations 11kv, 33kv at project and other work like HT/LT panels, cabling, cable tray, transformers, diesel generator, earthing/grounding, lightening arrestor, and complete electrification work of project.

- Calculate the T/F selection, electrical load calculation, breaker selection etc

- Revenue collection system ( Dual type electrical energy meter installation and operation)

- Handing electrical problem or electrical engineering issues at a building, work site.

- Ensure the MEP work carried is as per approved shop drawing and within the time frame and progress of the approved construction program.

- Plan the execution of all electrical/mechanical related works and coordinates the works to civil groups

- Execution of complete fire-fighting system in high rise residential/commercial building.

- Lift installation and operation coordinate with various lift company.





- Ensure that the installation, inspection & testing of all the MEP equipment, fitting and work implemented meet the specification and the consultant requirements.

- Review consultant design and specification.

- Project reporting, site coordination, client meeting-presentation and team supervision.

- Sub-contractor, vendor, contractor bills, and manpower management.

- Facility management, operation and maintenance, maintenance operation policies and procedures.

- Assisting in the formulation, strict implementation, monitoring and reporting of the safety rules and standards in the project sites.

- Water management system- Rain water harvesting, water treatment plant

- Reuse of recycle water through STP.
