- Design of products from reference samples
- Design cavities, plugs, inserts for Tools and Moulds.
- Keep a track / prepare MIS to track all on-going developments.
- Coordinate with plant for all development, track trials of changes made and follow up till product is completely developed.
- Improve product performance through design based on plant trials and feedback.
- Maintain master list of all designs and regularly update Marketing team
- Participate in mould material selections.
- Plan RM specs for new designs.
- Share concept layouts and price working using tool for new developments
Required Skills
- Technical Experience - Must have worked on SolidWorks Software.
- Experience with Mould Manufacturing companies is desirable.
- Solid problem solving abilities.
