Senior Associate/Manager Investment Banking | PE Fund Raising & Sell-Side Advisory

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Associate – Investment Banking to join an Investment Banking firm and support the execution of mandates across PE Fund Raising, Sell-Side Advisory, Pre-IPO and IPO-related transactions.

The role will primarily focus on execution of live mandates, working closely with senior bankers, clients, investors and other transaction stakeholders to drive transactions from initial analysis through to closure.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute PE fundraising mandates, including preparation of transaction materials, investor analysis and coordination with potential investors.
- Support sell-side advisory mandates, including preparation of marketing and transaction materials and execution support.
- Assist in Pre-IPO and IPO-related advisory assignments across various stages of the transaction.
- Conduct detailed financial analysis, company/industry research, valuation analysis and transaction benchmarking.
- Prepare and maintain Information Memorandums, Pitch Books, Teasers, Management Presentations and other transaction-related documents.
- Support preparation and review of financial models, valuation analyses and transaction assumptions.
- Coordinate with clients, investors, legal advisors, accountants and other transaction stakeholders during execution.
- Track transaction progress,



manage data requirements and support due-diligence processes.
- Conduct sector, company and market research to support transaction strategy and investor discussions.
- Assist senior team members in managing multiple mandates and ensuring timely execution.

Candidate Profile

- Up to 3 years of relevant experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Transaction Advisory, M&A;, PE/VC Fund Raising or related areas.
- Strong understanding of financial analysis, valuation and transaction execution.
- Exposure to PE fundraising, sell-side advisory, Pre-IPO or IPO transactions will be preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience in financial modelling will be an advantage.
- Excellent analytical and research skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work on multiple live mandates under tight timelines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Candidates from Investment Banking / Big 4 Transaction Advisory / Corporate Finance / M&A; / PE-VC advisory backgrounds may be considered.
