Experience Required: 10+ Years

Location: Mohali, Punjab

Required Qualifications:

- 10+ years in business intelligence, analytics engineering, or data warehousing, with a meaningful share of that time delivering for external clients or multiple business units.
- Deep, hands-on Power BI expertise: data modeling, advanced DAX, Power Query/M, performance tuning, workspace and deployment management, and row-level security.
- Working experience with Microsoft Fabric: lakehouse or warehouse design, Dataflows Gen2, pipelines, and semantic models. Strong Azure data platform experience (Synapse, Data Factory, Azure SQL) will be considered alongside this if Fabric exposure is recent and real.
- Expert SQL, including query tuning against large transactional tables.
- Proven ETL/ELT design:



incremental loading, slowly changing dimensions, error handling, and scheduling.
- Solid dimensional modeling fundamentals (star schema, conformed dimensions, grain, fact design) and the judgment to know when to depart from them.
- Experience sourcing data from an ERP system and reconciling reported numbers back to the system of record.
- Ability to work from ambiguous business requirements to a defensible technical design, and to explain that design to non-technical stakeholders.
- Transparent written and spoken English, and the communication skills to be put in front of a client.
- Disciplined documentation habits and comfort supporting production content, not just building it.
- Genuine appetite for Infor Birst and other client-chosen analytics platforms such as Phocas. Since the source is Infor CSD in nearly every case, breadth across delivery tools matters more than allegiance to any one of them.
- Practical use of AI tooling in day-to-day development, and interest in bringing conversational analytics to end users.

Pay: Up to ₹1,938,996.35 per year
