Senior Architect

Location: On-site, Greater Noida

Experience: 4-5 years

Reports to: Principal Architect / Design Head

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Architect to lead design development and project delivery across residential, commercial, industrial, and interior projects. You will take projects from concept through working drawings and site execution, coordinate with consultants and site teams, and be the design point of contact for clients.

Key Responsibilities

Design and Planning

- Develop concept designs, space plans, and design presentations based on client briefs and site constraints
- Prepare complete drawing sets: architectural, working, detail, and GFC drawings
- Ensure designs comply with local building bye-laws, FAR/ground coverage norms, fire and safety norms, and NBC
- Prepare 3D views and walkthroughs, or guide the visualization team

Statutory Approvals and Liaisoning

- Prepare and submit drawings for authority approvals (GNIDA/Noida Authority/YEIDA/GDA as applicable)
- Support RERA-related documentation, completion and occupancy certificate submissions, and layout approvals

Coordination and Site Execution

- Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and interior consultants to resolve clashes early
- Conduct regular site visits to check work against drawings, material specifications, and quality standards
- Resolve site queries quickly and issue revised drawings when needed
- Work with the execution team on schedules, BOQs, and material selection

Client and Team Management

- Present designs to clients, take feedback, and manage revisions within scope
- Guide and review the work of junior architects, draftsmen, and interns




- Support the business team with technical inputs for proposals and quotations

Required Qualifications
- B.Arch from a COA-recognized institution
- Valid COA registration
- 4-5 years of post-qualification experience in architectural design and project execution
- Proven experience delivering at least 3-4 projects from concept to handover

Skills Required
- Software: AutoCAD (advanced), SketchUp, Revit or Lumion/Enscape/V-Ray, Adobe Photoshop, MS Office
- Strong knowledge of building materials, construction methods, and detailing
- Good understanding of the approval process and bye-laws in UP/NCR
- Clear communication and presentation skills in English and Hindi
- Robust time management and the ability to run multiple projects at once

Good to Have
- Experience with turnkey or design-and-build projects
- Interior design or industrial/warehouse project exposure
- Working knowledge of BOQ preparation and cost estimation
- Experience with BIM workflows
