Amazon Ads

Executive is a full-time, in office position based in the Pune Division. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing Amazon advertising campaigns to drive sales, improve product visibility, and maximize return on ad spend for client accounts. Day-to-day tasks include managing sponsored ads and other Amazon ad formats, conducting keyword and competitor research, monitoring campaign performance, and preparing regular reports and insights for internal teams and clients. Executive will collaborate with account managers, creatives, and analytics teams to refine strategies, troubleshoot performance issues, and identify new growth opportunities on the Amazon marketplace. The role also involves staying updated on Amazon policies, tools,



and best practices to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in Amazon Advertising (e.g., Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display) and marketplace optimization, with a track record of managing and scaling campaigns.
- Proficiency in performance marketing and analytics, including keyword research, bid optimization, A/B testing, and interpreting metrics such as CTR, CPC, ACOS, and ROAS.
- Experience in e-commerce and digital marketing, including familiarity with SEO, product listing optimization, and promotional strategies within online marketplaces.
- Advanced Excel or spreadsheet skills and comfort working with dashboards, reporting tools, and data visualization to communicate insights clearly.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain complex campaign performance to non-technical stakeholders and work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a rapid-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience in digital advertising.
- Prior experience in an agency environment or handling multiple client accounts, preferably focused on Amazon or marketplace advertising.
