Salary:

- ₹40,000 – ₹55,000 per month for candidates with a BASLP / MASLP degree
- ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month for candidates with a DHLS qualification
- The final figure depends on experience and skills.

About Us I Support Foundation is a dedicated autism care and special education organisation. We help children on the autism spectrum and children with developmental delays build communication, learning and life skills through structured, evidence-based therapy. We are opening our Agra centre and building a warm, professional team to serve families in the city.

Role Overview

We're looking for a caring, skilled Speech-Language Therapist to join our Agra team. You will assess and treat children with speech, language and communication difficulties, working closely with special educators, occupational therapists and psychologists to deliver a complete care plan for each child.

Key Responsibilities

- Assess speech, language, oral-motor and communication skills of children
- Design and deliver individualised therapy plans and set measurable goals
- Conduct 1:1 and small-group speech therapy sessions
- Support children with delayed speech, non-verbal communication, articulation,



and receptive/expressive language needs
- Use AAC tools, visual supports, play-based and oral-motor techniques where needed
- Maintain accurate session notes and progress reports
- Guide and train parents on home-based practice and carry-over
- Coordinate with the multidisciplinary team for reviews and IEP planning

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology / Audiology (BASLP / MASLP), or a Diploma in Hearing, Language and Speech (DHLS)
- RCI registration preferred
- 1+ years of experience with children preferred; experience with autism is a strong plus
- Freshers with strong training and passion for paediatric work are welcome to apply

Skills

- Robust knowledge of paediatric speech and language therapy techniques
- Patience, empathy and a genuine interest in working with children with autism
- Good communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus)
- Ability to work in a team and involve parents
