About the Role

We are looking for a compassionate and enthusiastic Special Educator / Special Needs Teacher to join our team. The role involves supporting children with special needs through individualized teaching, structured activities, and developmental support in a positive and nurturing learning workplace.

Key Responsibilities

- - Provide individualized teaching and support to children with special needs.

- - Plan and conduct age-appropriate learning and developmental activities.

- - Support academic, communication, social, and daily living skills.

- - Monitor and document each child’s progress.

- - Coordinate with parents, teachers, therapists, and other professionals.

- - Contribute to assessments, goal setting, and progress reviews.

Eligibility

- - BSW / MSW (Bachelor’s or Master’s in Social Work)
- - Experience working with children with special needs is an advantage.
- - Good communication, patience, empathy, and teamwork skills.
- - Immediate joiners preferred.

you will design and deliver individualized instruction to students with diverse learning needs, develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and collaborate closely with families, general education teachers, and support staff. The ideal candidate is patient, adaptable, and committed to helping every student reach their fullest potential.
