Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and sales targets.

- Build and maintain robust relationships with customers, distributors, and channel partners.

- Generate new business opportunities and improve customer acquisition.

- Handle customer enquiries, follow-ups, and ensure timely query resolution.

- Monitor sales, collections, and achieve assigned targets.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service and business operations.

- Support marketing and brand-building activities.

- Maintain daily/weekly sales reports and MIS.

- Analyse market trends and identify new business opportunities.
