Responsible for managing end-to-end manpower sourcing, mobilization, recruitment, and deployment for multiple staffing clients and locations while achieving sourcing and joining targets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage bulk manpower sourcing for multiple clients and locations.
2. Understand client requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
3. Lead and monitor recruitment executives, mobilizers, field officers, and sourcing teams.
4. Develop sourcing channels through job portals, referrals, consultants, colleges, ITIs, job fairs, and field mobilization.
5.
Organize and manage job fairs, walk-in drives, and bulk recruitment campaigns.
6. Develop and manage local manpower mobilization networks and recruitment partners.
7. Monitor joining ratios, dropouts, replacements, and deployment status.
8. Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment MIS.
Required Skills Solid staffing and bulk recruitment experience
