Role Overview: Solution /Enterprise Architect-Python Architect

- Experience Level: 15+ Years
- Location: India (Hybrid / Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Gurgaon, Chennai)
- Focus: This is a hands-on technology Architect role. You will combine deep, production-level Python engineering with cutting-edge Generative AI and Agentic system architecture, while managing executive client relationships and driving practice growth.

What You Will Own (Key Responsibilities)

- Practice Growth: Build and execute the strategic roadmap to grow our Python & AI practice by ~50% year-over-year across revenue, headcount, and client footprint in India.
- Technology & AI Engineering: Define the technical vision and engineering standards for Python, AI, and GenAI capabilities. Lead architecture and technical direction for production-grade LLM-powered applications, RAG pipelines, AI agents/agentic systems, and enterprise AI platforms.
- Hands-on Architecture: Review, challenge, and actively contribute to production architectures, prototypes, and implementations. You will remain highly technically credible with senior engineers and architects (approx. 25%40% of your role will involve direct hands-on client architecture/POCs).
- Client & Business Leadership: Engage with global client CTOs, CIOs, Chief Architects,



and senior engineering leaders to shape technology strategy and establish trusted-advisor relationships. Lead technical solutioning for RFPs, proposals, and large-scale transformation programs.
- Talent & Organization: Build, hire, and mentor a high-performing Python/AI engineering organization.
- Thought Leadership: Establish EPAM as a recognized leader in Python and AI through conferences, technical publications, open-source contributions, reusable accelerators, and community engagement.
