Role Description The Solution Architect WMS role is a full time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The individual in this role will design and optimize Warehouse Management System (WMS) solutions that support Kimberly-Clark’s supply chain and distribution operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include translating business requirements into scalable technical architectures, overseeing solution design and configuration, and ensuring seamless integration with existing enterprise systems.

The Solution

Architect WMS will collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to assess current processes, recommend improvements, and provide consulting support on best practices.



The role also involves guiding implementation teams, troubleshooting complex issues, ensuring solution quality and performance, and maintaining alignment with global technology standards and security policies.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Solution Architecture skills, with experience designing end-to-end WMS and supply chain solutions.
- Candidates should possess Consulting and stakeholder management skills to gather requirements, influence decisions, and guide business partners through solution options.
- Candidates should possess Software Development and configuration skills, with the ability to understand code, technical specifications, and system design patterns.
- Candidates should possess Integration skills, including experience with APIs, middleware, data flows, and connecting WMS with ERP, TMS, and other enterprise systems.
- Candidates should possess Business Process expertise in warehousing, inventory management, and logistics, and be able to translate operational needs into technical solutions.
- Relevant experience with leading WMS platforms (e.g., Manhattan, Blue Yonder, SAP EWM) and large-scale implementation or rollout projects.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and a structured approach to solution delivery.
- Effective communication skills, ability to work in cross-functional global teams, and comfort operating in a fast-paced, manufacturing or FMCG environment.
