About This Role

We are not looking for a traditional developer.

We’re looking for someone who builds software with AI as their co-pilot.

If tools like Cursor, Claude, or other AI coding assistants are already part of your daily workflow, you’ll feel right at home here.

If you’re still writing every line of code manually, this role might not be for you.

We believe the future developer is AI-native: someone who combines strong engineering fundamentals with AI tools to build and ship significantly faster.

What You’ll Do

1. Build backend services and tools using Java and Python
2. Use AI development tools like Cursor, Claude, and other AI assistants as part of your daily workflow
3. Rapidly prototype features and internal tools
4. Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code
5. Collaborate closely with engineers to ship features quickly
6. Experiment with AI-driven development workflows
7. Use AI for:

- Debugging
- Code generation
- Documentation
- Refactoring
- Testing

What We’re Looking For

- B.Tech/B.E. from an IIT
- Strong coding skills in Java and/or Python
- Hands-on experience using Cursor, Claude, or similar AI coding tools
- Ability to use AI effectively to solve engineering problems and accelerate development
- Strong problem-solving and engineering fundamentals
- Someone who enjoys building and shipping things fast
- Side projects, GitHub repositories,



or technical experiments that demonstrate strong builder instincts
- Curious, self-driven, and comfortable learning new tools quickly

Bonus Points If You:

- Have built projects using AI APIs or LLMs
- Use AI to automate repetitive engineering workflows
- Have contributed to open-source projects
- Have experience building backend systems or scalable applications
