We are seeking an experienced Software Development Lead with 5–10 years of experience in automotive/EV software development, with robust expertise in embedded software, electrical & electronics (E&E;) systems, and hardware–software integration. The candidate should have hands-on experience in developing and delivering automotive/ EV software solutions, along with the ability to lead software development activities from architecture and development through integration, testing, and deployment.

Key Responsibilities

- Software Development
- Architect, design, and implement software solutions for embedded systems, automotive electronics, or industrial applications.
- Oversee full software development lifecycle (requirements, design, coding, testing, deployment).
- Ensure integration with hardware and E&E; systems.
- Quality & Compliance
- Establish robust testing frameworks (unit, integration, system testing).
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO, IEC, AUTOSAR, MISRA, or relevant).
- Drive continuous improvement in software quality and performance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with hardware, electronics, and systems engineering teams.




- Collaborate with product management to align software features with customer needs.
- Support design reviews, technical documentation, and stakeholder communication.
- Innovation & R&D;
- Explore emerging technologies in embedded software, IoT, AI/ML, and E&E; integration.
- Contribute to proof-of-concepts and advanced research projects.
- Support intellectual property development (patents, technical papers).

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in software development, with exposure to embedded systems and E&E;, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong programming skills (C/C++, Python, Java, or similar). Familiarity with software architecture, design patterns, and agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of CAN, LIN, UART, SPI, and I2C communication protocols.
- Experience with microcontrollers, RTOS, and embedded debugging tools.
- Proven track record of leading teams and delivering complex project
