Morgan Eries HR & Law Firm provides professional HR, recruitment, and legal consultancy services to businesses. We are looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Marketing Intern to support our digital presence and brand communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and assist with the company's social media platforms.
- Create engaging posts, reels, stories, and other digital content.
- Develop creative content ideas related to HR, recruitment, workplace, and business topics.
- Assist in planning and maintaining a social media content calendar.
- Research current social media trends and relevant industry topics.
- Write captions, hashtags, and promotional content.
- Assist with basic graphic design and video editing.
- Support recruitment and company branding campaigns on social media.
- Monitor social media engagement and prepare basic performance reports.
- Coordinate with the HR and marketing teams for content requirements.

Requirements
- Students or freshers from Digital Marketing, BBA, B.Com, Mass Communication, MBA, or related fields are welcome.




- Basic knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Good communication and writing skills.
- Creative mindset with an interest in social media and digital marketing.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, or similar tools is an advantage.
- Ability to research trends and create relevant content.
- Willingness to learn and work in a professional environment.
