About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to lead our internal social media function - managing strategy, content, paid campaigns and shoots for our portfolio of local and international brand/manufacturer clients. This role also leads and coordinates the in-house creative team (content writer, designer, video editor, shooting team).

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategy across multiple brand/manufacturer clients
- Lead and coordinate the in-house team: content writer, designer, video editor and shooting team
- Plan, review and approve content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Manage and optimise paid social media ad campaigns
- Oversee and coordinate photo/video shoots end-to-end
- Allocate work, set deadlines, and review output quality across the team




- Track performance metrics and report on campaign/content effectiveness
- Stay updated on platform trends, algorithm changes and best practices

Requirements

- Proven experience managing social media for multiple brands/clients (agency or in-house)
- Prior experience leading or coordinating a creative team (writers, designers, editors)
- Hands-on experience running paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
- Strong content, copywriting and creative judgment
- Comfortable overseeing photo/video shoots
- Excellent written and spoken English communication
- Strong leadership, delegation and multitasking abilities

Preferred Skills

- Experience managing social media for large brands or manufacturers
- Basic photography/videography or content editing knowledge
- Experience with scheduling/project management tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Asana, etc.)
