Role Overview

We're looking for an enthusiastic, creatively-minded fresher to join our social media team. You'll support content planning, execution, and community management across client accounts, working closely with our strategy and design teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and schedule social media content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Write engaging captions and copy aligned with each client's brand voice
- Coordinate with the design/creative team for post visuals, reels, and carousels
- Monitor comments, DMs, and engagement; respond or escalate as needed
- Track basic performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth) and prepare weekly reports
- Stay updated on platform trends, reels/shorts formats, and competitor activity
- Assist in brainstorming campaign ideas and content themes for client pitches




- Support influencer/UGC content coordination when required

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, or related field
- Strong written communication skills; comfortable writing for different brand tones
- Genuine interest in social media platforms, trends, and digital culture
- Basic understanding of Instagram/Facebook/LinkedIn business tools (training will be provided)
- Familiarity with Canva or basic design tools is a plus
- Ability to multitask across multiple client accounts
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced agency environment

Good to Have

- Personal social media presence or content creation experience (even informal)
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager or analytics tools
- Prior internship experience in marketing/content
