Role Description The Social Media Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhilai. This role is responsible for planning and executing social media strategies across platforms, including developing content calendars, writing and scheduling posts, and optimizing performance.

The Social Media

Manager monitors engagement, responds to audience interactions, and analyzes metrics to refine campaigns and improve reach and impact. The role collaborates with designers, copywriters, and account teams to align social media efforts with broader brand and marketing objectives,



ensuring consistent messaging and effective campaign delivery.

Qualifications

- Strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to manage and grow brand presence across platforms.

- Ability to develop and implement effective Content Strategy tailored to different audiences and campaign goals.

- Excellent Communication and Writing skills for clear, engaging, and brand-aligned social content.

- Experience using social media analytics tools to track performance, interpret data, and adjust strategy.

- Familiarity with digital marketing fundamentals, including paid social campaigns and audience targeting.

- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a quick-paced agency environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

- Prior experience in an agency or brand-side social media management role is preferred.
