We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager with 2+ years of experience to manage and grow our social media presence. The candidate should be creative, updated with social media trends, and able to develop engaging content and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement social media strategies.
- Manage company social media accounts such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Create engaging posts, captions, reels, stories, and promotional content.
- Plan and maintain a monthly social media content calendar.
- Monitor social media trends, audience engagement, and competitors.
- Respond to comments, messages, and customer enquiries.
- Coordinate with the design and marketing teams for content creation.
- Run and monitor social media advertising campaigns.
- Track social media performance using analytics tools.
- Prepare regular reports on reach, engagement, followers,



and campaign performance.
- Improve brand awareness and audience engagement across social media platforms.

Required Skills
- 2+ years of experience in Social Media Management or Digital Marketing.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Good content writing and communication skills.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and advertising.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or other graphic design tools.
- Creative thinking and solid attention to detail.
- Ability to follow current social media trends.
- Good teamwork and time-management skills.

Qualifications
- Any degree or relevant qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Relevant social media experience will be preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
