About the job

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Social Media Manager with strong team-handling and leadership skills to manage and grow our brand's social media presence. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in leading and managing a social media/content team, delegating tasks, monitoring team performance, planning content strategies, and ensuring timely execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the social media team, including content creators, graphic designers, and other creative team members.
- Manage and grow brand presence on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan and manage monthly/weekly content calendars across social media platforms.
- Oversee the creation of engaging posts, reels, stories,



videos, campaigns, and other digital content.
- Coordinate with the design, photography, content, and marketing teams for smooth execution of campaigns.
- Plan and manage influencer collaborations and digital marketing campaigns.

Other requirements

- 3 - 6 years of relevant experience in Social Media Management.
- Strong team-handling and leadership experience is mandatory.
- Valuable understanding of content strategy, campaign planning, and digital marketing.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Creative mindset with knowledge of current social media trends.
