1. About Vote365
Vote365 is a citizen-engagement and public-opinion platform designed to enable citizens to regularly express their views on social, civic, governance and public-interest issues. The platform aims to encourage informed and conscious civic participation by allowing citizens to participate in regular opinion polls and provide feedback on issues, elected representatives and public expectations.
The District Coordinator will be responsible for developing and managing Vote365's citizen-engagement activities within the assigned district.
1. Primary Objective of the Position
The primary objective of the District Coordinator is to:
- Establish and expand Vote365's presence throughout the district.
- Increase genuine citizen registrations and participation.
- Develop a network of local coordinators and volunteers.
- Conduct awareness and citizen-engagement activities.
- Encourage citizens to participate regularly in Vote365 polls.
- Coordinate district-level campaigns and programmes.
- Collect feedback from citizens about Vote365.
- Ensure that participation activities are conducted in a neutral, transparent and non-partisan manner.
- Submit regular reports and participation data to the State/National Operations Team.
1. Key ResponsibilitiesA. District Operations
- Take responsibility for Vote365 operations in the assigned district.
- Prepare a district-level expansion and participation plan.
- Identify important towns, municipalities, mandals/blocks and local communities.
- Establish Vote365 presence across different geographical areas of the district.
- Coordinate district-level Vote365 activities and campaigns.
- Maintain regular communication with the State Coordinator/National Operations Team.
B. Citizen Registration & Engagement
- Promote registration on the Vote365 platform.
- Explain the purpose and functioning of Vote365 to citizens.
- Encourage citizens from different age groups and backgrounds to participate.
- Promote regular participation in daily/weekly opinion polls.
- Conduct awareness programmes through local communities, educational institutions, professional groups and other appropriate forums.
- Encourage existing users to invite their contacts to join Vote365.
C. Building Local Network The District Coordinator should develop a network consisting of:
- Mandal/Block Coordinators
- Municipal/Urban Coordinators
- Town Coordinators
- Community Coordinators
- Student/Youth Volunteers
- Women Volunteers
- Civil-society/community volunteers
The District Coordinator will train and guide these local representatives and monitor their activities. D. Social Media & Digital Outreach
- Promote Vote365 through appropriate local digital channels.
- Coordinate district-level social-media activities.
- Encourage users to share Vote365 content with their networks.
- Identify relevant local online communities and communication channels.
- Provide the central digital team with information about important local issues and citizen concerns.
- Assist in distributing Vote365-approved digital campaigns and promotional material.
E. Citizen Feedback The District Coordinator should regularly collect structured feedback regarding:
- Issues important to citizens.
- Problems faced by local communities.
- Public expectations.
- Views regarding civic services.
- Awareness of government programmes.
- Citizen suggestions for improving Vote365.
- Difficulties faced by users while registering or participating.
Feedback must be recorded objectively and submitted through the prescribed Vote365 reporting system. F.
Poll Participation
- Promote Vote365 opinion polls among registered users.
- Explain that participation is voluntary.
- Encourage users to express their own views rather than attempting to influence their responses.
- Help increase participation across different demographic and geographical groups.
- Monitor participation levels within the district.
- Identify areas with low participation and develop appropriate awareness activities.
G. Events & Ground Activities Where authorised by Vote365, coordinate:
- Citizen awareness meetings
- Vote365 introduction programmes
- Community interaction programmes
- Youth engagement programmes
- College awareness programmes
- Digital literacy/registration drives
- Public-interest discussions
- District-level Vote365 campaigns
All such activities should follow Vote365's approved guidelines.
1. Political Neutrality & Code of Conduct
Because Vote365 operates in the civic and political-information space, maintaining neutrality is an essential responsibility of every District Coordinator.
The District Coordinator must
- Not campaign for or against any political party or candidate while acting on behalf of Vote365.
- Not instruct or influence citizens on how they should vote.
- Not manipulate, fabricate or selectively report citizen responses.
- Not offer money, gifts or other inducements in exchange for poll participation.
- Not collect political opinions outside the authorised Vote365 process for personal or third-party purposes.
- Not represent Vote365 as a government organisation or Election Commission organisation.
- Use only Vote365-approved communication material.
- Protect citizen information and maintain confidentiality.
- Treat citizens and political viewpoints impartially.
- Immediately report any attempt to manipulate Vote365 polling or registration data.
1. District Team Management
The District Coordinator will be responsible for identifying, onboarding and coordinating suitable local representatives.
Responsibilities include
- Recruitment of local volunteers/coordinators.
- Providing basic training.
- Setting local participation targets.
- Monitoring performance.
- Conducting periodic review meetings.
- Motivating the local team.
- Ensuring compliance with Vote365 policies.
- Recommending high-performing coordinators for additional responsibilities.
1. Reporting Responsibilities
The District Coordinator should submit regular reports covering:
Daily/Weekly
- New registrations
- Active users
- Poll participation
- New local coordinators/volunteers
- Major activities conducted
- Issues requiring support
Monthly
- District growth
- Area-wise participation
- Coordinator/volunteer performance
- Citizen engagement activities
- Major citizen concerns
- Social-media outreach
- Challenges and corrective actions
- Next month's action plan
All reports must be submitted through the system or format prescribed by Vote365.
1. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Performance may be evaluated using objective indicators such as:
- Number of genuine citizen registrations.
- Percentage of registered users participating regularly.
- Growth in active users.
- Geographic coverage within the district.
- Number of active local coordinators/volunteers.
- Quality and completeness of citizen feedback.
- Number of awareness activities conducted.
- Retention and recurring participation of users.
- Compliance with Vote365 policies.
- Accuracy and timeliness of reporting.
Quality and authenticity of participation should be prioritised over merely achieving registration numbers.
1. Preferred QualificationsEducational Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline preferred.

Experience

1. Preferred Candidate Profile

1. Authority of the District Coordinator
The District Coordinator may, subject to Vote365 approval:
- Appoint/recommend local coordinators and volunteers.
- Conduct authorised awareness programmes.
- Coordinate district-level promotional activities.
- Organise citizen-engagement programmes.
- Recommend new areas for Vote365 expansion.
- Escalate technical and operational issues to the central team.
The District Coordinator will not have authority to modify Vote365 poll results, manipulate user data, make political statements on behalf of Vote365, or commit the company to financial/legal obligations without written authorisation.
1. Compensation
Compensation may consist of:
- Fixed monthly remuneration, where applicable.
- Performance incentives based on approved KPIs.
- Approved travel/field expenses.
- Additional incentives for expansion and engagement activities, subject to company policy.
The compensation structure should reward genuine citizen engagement and sustained participation rather than registrations alone.

A successful District Coordinator may progress to: District Coordinator → Senior District Coordinator → State Coordinator → Regional Coordinator → National Operations Team
Performance, leadership ability, integrity and adherence to Vote365's neutrality standards should be considered for advancement.
Pay: ₹11,362.57 - ₹43,238.14 per month
