About the Role

You'll plan, create, and manage social media content and campaigns across Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and Facebook. The role blends creative thinking with performance tracking, so you'll be as comfortable brainstorming a campaign idea as you are reading an analytics dashboard. Candidates who have worked at an advertising or digital agency, handling multiple brands and fast turnarounds, will feel right at home here.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute a social media strategy aligned with brand and business goals.

- Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar across all platforms.

- Write copy, captions, and scripts, and brief designers and video editors on creatives.

- Plan and run paid social campaigns on Meta and LinkedIn, including audience targeting, budgeting, and A/B testing.

- Track performance (reach, engagement, CTR, CPL, follower growth) and share monthly reports with actionable insights.

- Monitor trends, competitor activity, and platform updates to keep content relevant.





- Manage community engagement by responding to comments and messages in the brand's voice.

- Coordinate with influencers, creators, and external agencies where needed.

Requirements

- 24 years of social media management experience, preferably at an ad or digital marketing agency.

- A portfolio of campaigns or brand pages you've managed, with results you can speak to.

- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

- Familiarity with scheduling and analytics tools such as Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.

- Solid copywriting skills in English (Hindi is a plus for regional content).

- Basic working knowledge of Canva or Adobe tools for quick edits.

- Ability to juggle multiple deadlines and take feedback well.

Good to Have

- Experience with short-form video (Reels, Shorts) and trend-based content.

- Basic understanding of SEO and performance marketing funnels.
