About ActivityKidz

ActivityKidz helps parents discover and book activities for their children: play zones, trampoline parks, workshops, escape rooms, birthday venues and events, across Indian cities. There are hundreds of real venues and events to create content about. Your job is to make parents want to watch it.

The role

You will run ActivityKidz on Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn: deciding what we post, creating much of it yourself, and making sure it brings parents to our platform.

This is not a scheduling job. You will set the content themes, design recurring series, direct freelance creators, and edit and approve everything that goes out.

What you will do

- Plan monthly content themes and recurring series around what parents need: weekend plans, rainy days, birthdays, holidays
- Script, shoot and edit reels, carousels and posts yourself, and brief freelance creators when a shoot needs extra hands
- Research competitors and other brands to spot new formats and content opportunities
- Keep brand voice, visual identity and communication consistent across all three platforms
- Build relationships with parent creators and parent communities for collaborations
- Publish content, respond to comments and messages,



and route booking queries to our support team
- Use AI as your creative sidekick: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and other emerging tools for ideation, scripting, research, captioning, experimentation and smarter workflows
- Track what works and report monthly on reach, engagement and traffic from social

What we are looking for

- A page, feed or portfolio you built or grew, and a clear explanation of why it worked
- Taste in short-form video and a strong instinct for hooks
- Hands-on skill with editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, Edits or InShot (Premiere Pro or Photoshop is a plus)
- Clear written English and conversational Hindi

Preferred: experience in sports, lifestyle, events or kids and parenting brands, or at an agency handling consumer brands. Our content is about outings, experiences and families, so a feel for that world helps. Scope: To start with, this role is focused on social media management. Additional responsibilities can be explored at a later stage, based on business need and your capability.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
