Social Media Lead Roles & Responsibilities

- Own and manage the monthly social media content calendar.

- Develop strong hooks for Reels, captions, carousels and other formats.

- Create and develop recurring content formats and series.

- Plan and execute content for Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube.

- Be present on field/site visits to identify real-time content opportunities.

- Brief the Designer and Video Creator with transparent references and examples.

- Manage comments and DMs while maintaining OSG’s brand voice.

- Adapt content for different audiences across Instagram, LinkedIn and WhatsApp.

- Develop founder-led content with Nav, including opinions and field insights.

- Track content performance through retention, shares, saves, follows and enquiries.

- Identify underperforming formats and improve or replace them.

- Verify data, statistics, tonnage, recycling rates and impact figures before publishing.
