Company is a Jaipur-based architecture and interior design practice specializing in [residential / commercial / sustainable / luxury] design. We create modern, contextual, and inspiring spaces, and we are looking for a creative, visually-minded individual to showcase our projects, process, and aesthetic across social media channels.

Role OverviewWe are looking for a part-time Social Media Handler to manage and grow our online presence. This role requires visiting our studio/project sites 2 days a week in Jaipur to capture photos, record video content, interact with the design team, and plan campaigns. The remaining work (scheduling, editing, copy, engagement) can be managed flexibly/remotely.

Key Responsibilities1. On-Site Content Creation (2 Days/Week in Jaipur)

- Visit the studio and active construction/project sites to shoot high-quality visual content (photos, Reels, Shorts, behind-the-scenes).
- Document design processes, material selections, site progress, architect interactions, and finished project walkthroughs.
- Direct brief interviews or design breakdowns with our principal architects and team members.

1. Social Media Management & Strategy

- Manage and maintain our official social media handles (Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Facebook, and YouTube).
- Plan, curate, and maintain a consistent, aesthetic content calendar aligned with our architecture studio’s brand identity.
- Write engaging, design-aware captions with appropriate hashtags and keywords.

1. Community Engagement & Growth





- Monitor inbox and comments; respond to inquiries, design appreciations, and potential client messages in a professional manner.
- Engage with relevant architecture, interior design, and lifestyle accounts to expand reach and network.

1. Analytics & Trends

- Stay updated on the latest trends in architectural photography, interior videography, design aesthetic trends, and audio trends for Reels.
- Track basic performance metrics (reach, engagement, inquiries) and refine strategies accordingly.

Candidate Profile & Requirements
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing (prior experience with architecture, interior design, real estate, or luxury lifestyle brands is a strong plus).
- Location: Must be based in Jaipur and comfortable traveling to our Office/studio/project sites.
- Skills:
- Strong eye for photography, framing, lighting, and aesthetic layout.
- Proficiency in mobile video editing apps (CapCut, VN, InShot, Canva) or professional tools (Premiere Pro, Lightroom).
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic understanding of Pinterest curation and LinkedIn positioning for design firms is a plus.
- Requirements: Own smartphone with a high-quality camera (or digital camera setup).
