We are looking for a creative, proactive and execution-oriented Social Media Executive who can take ownership of our day-to-day digital presence and help build a premium, aspirational brand across social media.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and execute social media activities for Visual Vibrations and its associated brands/segments.
- Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Develop creative ideas for Reels, posts, stories, carousels, BTS content, product showcases, employee content and campaigns.
- Visit project sites, showroom and experience centres to capture photos and videos for social media content.
- Coordinate and assist during video shoots, product shoots, events and client/project coverage.
- Write engaging captions, hooks, scripts, voice-over content and social media copy.
- Coordinate with the sales, design, automation, AV, lighting and Modulinea teams to collect content and project updates.
- Handle basic video editing and content creation using tools such as Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar platforms.
- Ensure all content maintains VVPL's premium brand image, visual consistency and communication standards.
- Schedule and publish content according to the approved content calendar.
- Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, mentions and audience interactions professionally.




- Research social media trends, competitor activity, trending formats and content opportunities relevant to luxury interiors, home automation, AV and lifestyle brands.
- Track performance of Reels, posts and stories, including reach, engagement, views, follower growth and enquiries.
- Prepare weekly and monthly social media performance reports with observations and actionable recommendations.
- Support social media campaigns, launches, events, employee branding and promotional activities.
- Maintain an organised library of photos, videos, creatives, project footage and brand assets.
- Work closely with management for content approvals and timely publishing.
- Ensure content is executed within deadlines and follow up with concerned team members wherever required.

What We Are Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management, content creation or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Good command of English grammar, copywriting and communication.
- Strong creative sense with an eye for premium aesthetics, interiors, architecture and lifestyle content.
- Hands-on knowledge of Canva and video-editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar.
- Comfortable appearing behind or in front of the camera when required.
- Ability to independently shoot basic photos/videos using a smartphone or camera.




- Good understanding of Instagram Reels, Stories, hooks, retention, engagement and content trends.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and insights.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple content requirements and meet deadlines.
- Should be proactive, energetic, creative and comfortable working in office.

Preferred
- Experience working with interior design, architecture, luxury lifestyle, real estate, home automation, AV or premium consumer brands.
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads/boosting.
- Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools.
- Portfolio or previous work samples demonstrating Reels/content creation.
