Job Overview

We are looking for a Social Media Executive – Instagram & Lead Generation who can manage our Instagram presence, create engaging content, increase reach and engagement, and generate relevant leads through Instagram and other social media activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the company's Instagram account and maintain regular activity.
- Create and publish Instagram Posts, Reels, and Stories.
- Research trending content, audio, hashtags, and relevant topics.
- Plan and maintain a regular social media content calendar.
- Develop content ideas focused on engagement and lead generation.
- Generate leads through Instagram, social media campaigns, DMs, and other relevant channels.
- Handle incoming Instagram enquiries and DMs and respond professionally.
- Identify potential customers and maintain basic lead records.
- Follow up on social media-generated enquiries when required.
- Monitor Instagram reach, engagement, leads, and other performance metrics.
- Analyse content performance and suggest improvements.




- Research competitors and identify new opportunities for audience growth and lead generation.
- Coordinate with the marketing/design team for creatives, videos, and campaigns.

Requirements

- 0–1 years of experience in Social Media, Instagram Management, Digital Marketing, or Lead Generation.
- Good understanding of Instagram, Reels, Stories, hashtags, and engagement strategies.
- Basic understanding of social media lead generation.
- Good communication and writing skills.
- Creative mindset and awareness of current social media trends.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or similar tools will be an advantage.
- Freshers with strong knowledge of Instagram and social media marketing can also apply.
- Candidates with previous experience generating leads through Instagram or social media will be preferred.
