Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn accounts.
Plan and execute social media content and engagement strategies.
Manage Meta Ads campaigns, budgets, targeting & optimization.
Monitor campaign performance, leads, CPL, CTR & ROAS.
Conduct basic A/B testing of audiences, creatives & ad copies.
Track social media growth, reach & engagement.
Coordinate with the Creative/Content team for ad creatives.
Prepare basic social media and paid campaign reports.
Required Skills
6 Months – 1 Year experience in SMO & Paid Marketing.
Hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.
Positive understanding of social media platforms and audience targeting.
Basic knowledge of campaign optimization and performance metrics.
Knowledge of Canva / AI tools is an added advantage.
Good analytical, communication & coordination skills.
