? We’re Hiring: Sports Anchor & Social Media Content Creator – 7-Day Tournament Role

We’re looking for a Sports Anchor & Social Media Content Creator for a 7-day sports tournament — the Indian Pickleball League (IPBL) .

We’re looking for someone confident, creative, energetic, and genuinely passionate about sports, who can create engaging content and bring the tournament experience to life on social media.

? Key Responsibilities:

- Create engaging, real-time content for social media platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, etc.
- Ideate and produce reels, short-form videos, stories, and posts around the tournament, players, teams, and matches.
- Stay updated with sports trends and identify opportunities for engaging content.
- Write witty, informative, and attention-grabbing captions and scripts.
- Conduct quick interviews with players, teams, and other stakeholders.
- Capture behind-the-scenes moments and highlight compelling stories from the tournament.
- Be comfortable being on camera and engaging with players, audiences, and the sports community.
- Bring energy and creativity to the tournament experience through content.

? Requirements:
- Prior experience in sports content creation, anchoring, journalism, or social media.
- Strong interest and understanding of sports.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
- Comfortable being both behind and in front of the camera.
- Ability to create engaging, relatable,



and platform-friendly content.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, on-ground tournament environment.
- Willingness to learn about pickleball and the tournament quickly.

✨ Good to Have:
- Background in journalism, media, sports communication, or content creation.
- Experience working with a sports organisation, broadcast channel, digital media platform, or sports tournament.
- Experience creating reels, interviews, or other short-form sports content.
