About the Role

MISAT Foundation is looking for a creative, energetic Smartphone Videographer & Reel Specialist to handle our daily social media content creation from end to end.

If you know how to capture clean, cinematic shots using a smartphone and turn raw clips into viral, rapid-paced Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts with trending audio, engaging captions, and smooth transitions, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

- Shooting: Capture crisp vertical video content (9:16) on a smartphone covering institutional activities, events, campus highlights, student/faculty interviews, and behind-the-scenes moments.
- Reels Editing: Edit short-form videos with strong visual hooks, dynamic kinetic captions/subtitles, music synchronization, sound effects (SFX), and color enhancements.
- Trend Curation: Stay on top of current Instagram/YouTube algorithm trends, viral audio tracks, memes, and visual styles to keep the content fresh.
- Content Planning: Coordinate with the team to plan shot lists, b-roll angles, and monthly social media release calendars.
- Basic Audio/Lighting Setup:



Manage mobile accessories like wireless lapel mics, ring lights, and smartphone gimbals for clear audio and stable footage.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Hands-on proficiency in smartphone videography (owning a high-end camera phone like an iPhone 12+ or equivalent flagship Android is an advantage).
- Proven editing skills using mobile or desktop software (CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro, InShot, or DaVinci Resolve).
- Strong creative sense for pacing, framing, text overlays, and viewer retention.
- Freshers, college students, or experienced freelance reel creators with an impressive portfolio are encouraged to apply.
- Mandatory Requirement: You must share your portfolio, sample Reels, or Instagram profile link in your application.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
