Key Responsibilities

· Site Execution: Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring work aligns with structural drawings and project plans.

· Labor Management: Control in office labor, assign daily tasks, and monitor worker productivity and attendance.

· Quality & Safety Control: Check building materials, monitor execution quality, and enforce safety protocols on site.

· Progress Reporting: Update project engineers or managers on daily progress, delays, and raw material requirements.

· Generally, ranges from 0 to 5+ years depending on whether the role is junior or senior.

Education & Experience: Diploma in Civil Engineering having experience of 5 year and above, or Site Supervision experience having 10 years and above.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
