We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive – Fresher who is passionate about social media, content creation, and digital trends.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of social media platforms and hands-on experience creating engaging posts and short-form content using Canva, AI tools, and mobile editing applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging social media posts, reels, stories, and other digital content.
- Assist in managing social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant platforms.
- Use AI tools to generate creative ideas, captions, visuals, and content concepts.
- Design social media creatives using Canva.
- Edit short-form videos and reels using InShot or similar editing tools.
- Research trending topics, formats, hashtags, and social media trends.
- Assist in planning and maintaining social media content calendars.
- Monitor engagement and support basic social media reporting and analysis.
- Work closely with the creative and digital marketing teams to develop content for different brands and campaigns.

Requirements




- Fresh graduate with a degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, English, or any relevant field.
- Strong interest in Social Media and Digital Marketing.
- Hands-on knowledge of Canva and InShot.
- Practical experience using AI tools for creative content generation.
- Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social platforms.
- Good communication and writing skills.
- Creative mindset with an eye for visual content and current trends.
- Willingness to learn and experiment with recent tools, platforms, and content formats.

Good to Have
- A portfolio of social media posts, reels, videos, or other creative work.
- Personal experience managing a social media page or creating content.
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics and performance metrics.
