Job Profile: Site Security & Business Development Executive

Job Summary We are looking for an energetic, multi-skilled field professional to manage our residential and commercial sites across the Vasai-Nalasopara belt. The ideal candidate will split their time between overseeing site operations/security and actively connecting with housing societies, builders, and commercial clients to generate new business for our power solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Site Management & Oversight (60%):

- Monitor and inspect our ongoing residential sites, installations, and client locations across Vasai and Nalasopara.

- Oversee on-site personnel, service quality, and daily operational requirements.

- Ensure safety protocols, client guidelines, and company standards are strictly maintained at all residential/commercial properties.

- Business Development (40%):

- Visit housing societies (apartments), managing committees, builders, and local commercial complexes to pitch our power solutions (backups,



electrical services, etc.).

- Build strong relationships with Society Managing Committee members, Facility Managers, and local contractors.

- Generate new leads, follow up on inquiries, and coordinate with management to close maintenance or installation contracts.

Candidate Requirements

- Education: Minimum 10+2 (HSC) or equivalent qualification.

- Location: Must be locally based in Vasai, Nalasopara, or nearby areas with thorough knowledge of local residential societies and areas.

- Vehicle/Mobility: Must have a two-wheeler and a valid license for daily site visits and local travel.

- Skills: Robust interpersonal and communication skills in Hindi and Marathi (ability to talk comfortably with society committees and residents), professional presentation, and a polite, persuasive approach.

- Experience: Prior experience in housing society coordination, facility management, site supervision, or local field marketing/sales is preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
