A Civil Site Supervisor oversees daily on-site operations to ensure construction projects are executed safely, on schedule, and according to engineering designs and quality standards. Serving as the primary link between project managers, engineers, and site workers, they manage trade crews, enforce site safety, and monitor material usage.

Key Responsibilities

- Site Supervision & Crew Coordination: Direct daily activities of construction workers, sub-contractors, and equipment operators to keep workflow efficient.
- Quality & Blueprint Compliance: Inspect ongoing work to ensure alignment with architectural drawings, structural blueprints, local building codes, and project specifications.
- Safety & Hazard Enforcement: Enforce site OSHA/HSE standards, conduct daily safety toolbox talks, and ensure proper PPE usage across the site.
- Progress & Log Tracking: Maintain daily site logs, track work completed against project schedules, and submit routine reports to the Project Manager.
- Material & Inventory Management: Oversee the delivery,



storage, and inventory of construction materials to minimize waste and prevent project delays.
- Problem-Solving & Field Adjustments: Identify structural or logistical issues early and collaborate with civil engineers to implement practical site adjustments.

Essential Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent hands-on trade experience.
- Technical Skills: Blueprint reading, surveying fundamentals, knowledge of concrete/steel testing protocols, and basic familiarity with scheduling software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) or site log management tools.
- Soft Skills: Leadership, clear communication, conflict resolution, time management, and a sharp eye for detail.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
