We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Site Engineer to oversee construction activities, ensure project quality, and coordinate site operations. The candidate will be responsible for supervising work execution, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
- Monitor work progress and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, and project managers.
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
- Manage material requirements and inventory at the site.
- Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions.
- Verify measurements and prepare work completion reports.
- Ensure timely completion of projects within the allocated budget.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 0-3years of site engineering experience.
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
- Strong communication and team coordination skills.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel to project sites.
