We are looking for a Site Engineer who can effectively work between construction sites and the office, with a practical understanding of building construction and the ability to prepare drawings, quantities, estimates and project documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Site Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at project sites.
- Monitor workmanship, quality and construction standards.
- Check measurements and ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, workers, suppliers and other project teams.
- Monitor material requirements and site progress.
- Identify site issues and coordinate solutions with the project team.
- Prepare daily/weekly site progress reports.
- Take site measurements and maintain proper records.

Office / Technical Responsibilities

- Prepare and modify 2D AutoCAD drawings based on site requirements.
- Assist in preparing working drawings and construction details.
- Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs and basic estimates.
- Check contractor measurements and bills.
- Maintain project data and quantity records in MS Excel.
- Prepare material requirement statements and comparison sheets.
- Assist in preparing quotations and project cost calculations.
- Maintain proper documentation for ongoing projects.

Required Skills
- Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Practical knowledge of residential building construction.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD 2D.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Ability to prepare quantities and basic BOQs.




- Ability to read and understand architectural and structural drawings.
- Good site measurement and documentation skills.
- Basic knowledge of construction materials and methods.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites when required.

Preferred Candidate We are particularly looking for someone who is not limited to site supervision.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable moving between:

SITE → MEASUREMENT → DRAWING → QUANTITY → EXCEL → REPORTING → SITE

Candidates who have experience in both site execution and office-based technical work will be preferred.
