- Manage daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth store performance.
- Lead, coach, and motivate teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Drive sales, profitability, and operational excellence.
- Monitor food quality, inventory control, and cost management.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and brand standards.
- Handle manpower planning, training, and performance management.
- For Area Managers: Oversee multiple stores, support business growth, and ensure operational consistency across locations.
