Role & responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day Wet Mill operations and ensure smooth shift functioning.

- Monitor production processes, equipment performance, and process parameters.

- Ensure production targets, quality standards, and yield are achieved.

- Supervise and guide operators and shift manpower.

- Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Utility, and other departments for smooth operations.

- Identify and resolve process and equipment-related issues promptly.

- Ensure compliance with safety, housekeeping, SOPs, and company policies.

- Maintain shift-wise production, quality, and operational records.

- Conduct proper shift handover and communicate key issues to the next shift.

- Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity and reduce losses.

Preferred candidate profile

- 3 to 4 Years of experience in Starch & Derivatives/Liquid Glucose/ High-maltose corn syrup

- Preferably looking for candidates from Karnataka region
