We're looking for a mid-level SharePoint and Power Platform developer / administrator. Below are the job details.

Role Summary

- Design, build, and support solutions using:

- SharePoint Online

- Power Apps

- Power Automate
- Act as a hybrid developer + administrator
- Partner with business teams to automate processes and improve collaboration

SharePoint Administration & Development

- Manage SharePoint Online sites, libraries, lists, and permissions

- Design and optimize

- Site structures

- Content types and metadata

- Document management solutions

- Build and maintain
- Custom SharePoint forms (Power Apps)
- List-based applications

- Support migrations

Power Platform Development

- Develop solutions using:
- Power Apps (canvas and model-driven)

- Power Automate workflows

- Integrate data across

- SharePoint

- Build
- Forms, approval workflows, automation pipelines

- Custom business apps
- Troubleshoot and optimize flows and apps (error handling, performance)

Automation & Process Improvement

- Identify manual processes and automate them
- Design and troubleshoot workflows with:

- Approvals

- Notifications

- Data movement and transformations

Governance, Security & Compliance

- Enforce Power Platform governance:
- Environment strategy (Dev / Test / Prod)
- Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies

- Manage

- Permissions and access controls
- Service accounts and connector security [Power Plat...- Training | Teams]




- Ensure solutions align with IT policies and enterprise standards

Administration & Support

- Administer:

- Power Platform environments

- App lifecycle management

- Monitor usage and performance

- Support end users
- Troubleshoot apps, workflows, permissions
- Provide guidance on best practices

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

- Work with business stakeholders to:

- Gather requirements
- Translate needs into technical solutions

- Provide documentation and training
- Act as a bridge between IT and business teamse & responsibilities

Required Skills & Experience

Technical Skills

- SharePoint Online:
- Site administration, permissions, lists/libraries

- Power Platform

- Power Apps (canvas preferred)

- Power Automate (cloud flows)
- Data & Integration:
- SharePoint connectors, APIs, JSON

- Scripting (preferred)

- PowerShell (PnP / Graph)

- Basic understanding of
- Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, OneDrive, Azure AD)

Experience

- 3-6 years in:

- SharePoint development/administration

- Power Platform development
- Experience replacing legacy solutions (e.g., workflows, forms)
- Familiarity with enterprise environments and governance models

Soft Skills

- Solid problem-solving and troubleshooting
- Ability to communicate with non-technical users
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to balance admin and development responsibilities
