Role & responsibilities To independently manage and supervise the refinery operations during the assigned shift, ensuring safe, effective, and continuous production as per the approved production plan and quality standards.
The Shift In-Charge will be responsible for manpower deployment, process control, equipment performance, product quality, production output, process yield, housekeeping, safety, and timely shift reporting.
Preferred candidate profile
3 to 5 years in refinery/process operations, preferably in starch, glucose, liquid glucose, dextrose, maltodextrin, or allied food-processing industries.
