We are seeking an experienced and technical ServiceNow HRSD Integration Expert (Manager) to lead our integration workstream within digital risk and HR transformation engagements. In this role, you will own the end-to-end architecture and execution of secure, scalable, and resilient data flows and interfaces. You will act as the master orchestrator connecting ServiceNow HRSD with key enterprise platforms, ensuring rigorous security, robust error handling, and flawless authentication standards.

Responsibilities

- G Integration Workstream Ownership: Lead and own the entire HRSD integration workstream, defining strategy, design patterns, and best practices for cross-platform data exchange.

- G Architecture &
- Design: Design secure, robust, and supportable interfaces, API strategies, data flows, and authentication protocols across enterprise ecosystems.

- G Error Handling &

- Monitoring: Establish comprehensive error-handling frameworks, logging mechanisms, and monitoring dashboards to ensure high availability and proactive issue resolution.

- G Cross-Platform Connectivity: Oversee seamless integrations linking ServiceNow HRSD with major enterprise solutions, specifically Workday, Saviynt, SmartRecruiters, and related HR applications.

- G Governance &

- Security: Partner closely with cyber risk and security teams to enforce compliance, data privacy protection,



and secure credential management across all integration points.

- G Stakeholder &

- Team Leadership: Guide technical teams, mentor developers, and collaborate with senior stakeholders and client leads to translate business integration needs into resilient technical architectures.

Requirements

- Experience: 7+ years of professional IT experience, with specialized, hands-on focus on ServiceNow integration design, development, and enterprise architecture.

- G Expert proficiency in ServiceNow integration components (IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, Import Sets, Transform Maps, Flow Designer, and Scripted REST APIs).

- G Strong knowledge of authentication and security standards (OAuth 2.0, SAML, basic auth, mutual TLS, secure credential stores).

- G Ecosystem Experience: Proven, demonstrated experience implementing complex data integrations between ServiceNow and Workday (HCM), Saviynt (IGA), and SmartRecruiters (ATS) or similar enterprise cloud platforms.

- G Consulting &
- Leadership Skills: Strong track record of leading integration workstreams in a consulting or advisory setting, managing client expectations, and handling architectural governance.

- G Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS-HRSD / Integration Hub) preferred.
