About The Role

We are looking for a skilled and hands-on ServiceNow HRSD Developer (Senior Associate) to join our growing Digital Cyber Risk Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for configuring, developing, testing, and supporting robust ServiceNow HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery) solutions. You will work closely with technical leads and consultants to build seamless workflows, secure access controls, and integrated architectures across core enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Hands-on Development &
- Configuration: Design, configure, and develop ServiceNow HRSD modules, including Employee Center, HR Case Management, Lifecycle Events, and custom workflows.

- Testing &

- Quality Assurance: Perform rigorous unit testing, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure high code quality, performance, and stability of releases.

- System Integration: Build and support data integrations and workflows connecting ServiceNow with leading enterprise ecosystems, specifically Workday, Saviynt, and SmartRecruiters.

- Security &

- Access Control: Implement and manage security policies, access controls (ACLs),



and data privacy standards aligned with cyber and digital risk mandates.

- Support &

- Maintenance: Provide ongoing technical support, resolve production issues, and assist in maintaining clean, scalable codebase standards.

Desired Skills &

- Qualifications

- Experience: 4+ years of hands-on IT qualified experience with a core focus on ServiceNow development and implementation, specifically in HRSD.

- Core Technical Expertise:

- Proficiency in ServiceNow HRSD components (Employee Center, HR Service Catalog, Case &
- Knowledge Management, Lifecycle Events).

- Strong technical scripting skills (JavaScript, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, REST/SOAP APIs).

- Integration Exposure: Experience working with integrations involving Workday (HCM), Saviynt (Identity Governance), and SmartRecruiters (ATS) or similar third-party enterprise tools.

- Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist - Human Resources (CIS-HRSD) are highly preferred.

- Consulting Mindset: Strong analytical skills, a collaborative team player attitude, and the ability to adapt to fast-paced advisory environments.
