Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow SecOps Lead Developer with solid hands-on experience in ServiceNow Security Operations, Vulnerability Response, Security Incident Response, development, customization, and integrations.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in ServiceNow SecOps modules and the ability to design, configure, customize, and support end-to-end ServiceNow implementations.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow SecOps solutions based on business and security requirements.
- Work extensively on Vulnerability Response (VR) and Security Incident Response (SIR) modules.
- Support vulnerability management processes and remediation workflows within ServiceNow.
- Configure and customize SecOps workflows, incident lifecycles, and remediation processes.
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow solutions using JavaScript and Glide APIs.
- Work with Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, ACLs, Flow Designer, and Workflows.
- Develop and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party security and vulnerability-management tools.
- Participate in end-to-end ServiceNow implementation activities.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions.




- Ensure solutions follow ServiceNow development and implementation best practices.
- Work closely with security, functional, and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.

Required Skills & Experience
- 8–10 years of relevant ServiceNow development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow SecOps.
- Strong expertise in:
- Vulnerability Response (VR)
- Security Incident Response (SIR)
- Vulnerability Management
- Strong development experience with:
- JavaScript
- Glide API
- Business Rules
- Client Scripts
- Script Includes
- ACLs
- Flow Designer / Workflows
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations using:
- REST/SOAP APIs
- IntegrationHub
- MID Server
- Experience with third-party security integrations.
- Hands-on experience configuring and customizing SecOps workflows, incident lifecycle, and remediation processes.
- Experience in end-to-end ServiceNow implementations.
- Strong understanding of ITIL and Security Operations processes.

Preferred Profile Candidates with strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow Security Operations implementations, vulnerability-management integrations, SecOps workflow customization, and enterprise ServiceNow development environments will be preferred.
