About the Role (18+Years only)

We are looking for a ServiceNow Principal Engineer to lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementations and drive complex transformation programmes within a global banking workplace.

This is a hands-on technical leadership role requiring solid ServiceNow expertise, solution design capability, delivery ownership, and the ability to work closely with product owners, architects, and engineering teams to deliver secure, scalable, and high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Shape the ServiceNow platform architecture and technology roadmap aligned with enterprise strategy.
- Lead end-to-end delivery across requirements, design, development, integration, deployment, and hypercare .
- Drive hands-on configuration, development, and integration across ITSM, CMDB, ITOM , and related ServiceNow capabilities.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs and solutions.
- Lead integrations using REST APIs, events, and enterprise integration patterns .
- Ensure alignment with CMDB/CSDM, data models, architecture, security, performance,



and platform standards .
- Drive automation, continuous improvement, platform adoption, and operational resilience.
- Support release management, deployments, setting strategy, and complex technical issue resolution.
- Govern delivery quality and mentor engineering teams, strengthening overall ServiceNow capabilities.

What We’re Looking For

- Proven experience delivering ServiceNow implementations in large, complex environments .
- Strong hands-on expertise in ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, integrations, configuration, development, and scripting .
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, event-driven architecture, data modelling, CMDB/CSDM, and platform design .
- Experience working in regulated environments; banking/financial services preferred .
- Ability to combine deep technical expertise with delivery and technical leadership .
- Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
