About The Role We are looking for an visionary and strategic ServiceNow HRSD Architect (Senior Manager) to drive our enterprise-grade digital transformation and risk advisory engagements. In this leadership role, you will own the end-to-end ServiceNow HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery) architecture, shape transformation roadmaps, and enforce rigorous design governance. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, steering secure, scalable, and future-proof enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Architectural Ownership: Own the end-to-end technical and solution architecture for ServiceNow HRSD, aligning implementations with enterprise business goals and digital risk frameworks.
- Transformation & Strategy: Formulate long-term HR transformation roadmaps and establish robust design governance, coding standards, and architectural frameworks.
- Stakeholder Advisory: Serve as the primary subject matter expert and trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, C-suite executives, and client leadership on ServiceNow capabilities and technical strategy.
- Complex Integration Oversight: Oversee the architecture and seamless integration of secure, scalable, and maintainable data flows across enterprise systems, including Workday, Saviynt, and SmartRecruiters.
- Governance & Risk Management: Ensure that all architectural designs meet stringent security, compliance, data privacy,



and risk management standards inherent to Cyber & Digital Risk consulting.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

- Experience: 10+ years of extensive IT professional experience, with deep, specialized focus on ServiceNow architecture, specifically leading enterprise-scale HRSD implementations.
- Core Technical Expertise:
- Expert-level knowledge of ServiceNow HRSD architecture (Lifecycle Events, Employee Center Pro, Advanced Case Management, Universal Request).
- Comprehensive understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, IntegrationHub, MID Server, data security, and access controls.
- Ecosystem Integration: Proven track record in designing integrations between ServiceNow and major enterprise platforms such as Workday (HCM), Saviynt (Identity Governance and Administration), and SmartRecruiters (ATS).
- Leadership & Consulting Acumen: Demonstrated experience managing multi-disciplinary technical teams, driving design authorities, conducting architectural reviews, and advising senior business stakeholders in a consulting workplace.
- Mandatory Certifications: ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) or Certified Implementation Specialist - Human Resources (CIS-HRSD) along with advanced ServiceNow System Administrator certifications.
