We are looking for a trained and dedicated Service Technician to join our team. The role involves installation, troubleshooting, and repair of home appliances and electronic products at our service centre. The ideal candidate should have above 1 year of experience in servicing appliances such as TVs, refrigerators, washing machines, ACs, and other electronic items, with a robust focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair home appliances & electronic products.
- Handle warranty and non-warranty service jobs.
- Perform quality checks and testing before delivery.
- Maintain accurate service records.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned work.
- Follow company service standards and safety rules.
Qualifications & Skills:
- ITI/Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, or related field.
- Above 1 year of experience in home appliances & electronics service.
- Strong troubleshooting and repair knowledge.
- Familiarity with testing tools and circuits.
- Professional attitude and strong communication skills.
