The Service Engineer is responsible for installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment at customer sites. The role ensures timely service support, troubleshooting, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and commission machines/equipment at customer locations.
- Diagnose technical issues and perform repairs.
- Conduct preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers.
- Maintain service reports and submit daily activity reports.
- Coordinate with the service team for spare parts and technical support.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
- Maintain good customer relationships.
Required Skills:
- Solid technical and troubleshooting skills.
- Basic knowledge of electrical/mechanical systems (as applicable).
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to travel as per job requirement.
- Problem-solving ability.
Qualification & Experience:
- Diploma / B.Tech / BE in Electrical, Mechanical, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in service or maintenance (preferred).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Bhubaneswar Secretariate, Bhubaneswar, Odisha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
