Responsibilities

- Manage daily service operations and customer complaints.

- Coordinate service engineers for installation, repair, and maintenance.

- Allocate service calls and ensure timely closure.

- Handle customer queries and maintain positive relationships.

- Monitor service performance, pending calls, and AMC activities.

- Coordinate with Sales, Production, and Technical teams.

- Prepare service reports and maintain proper documentation.

- Ensure quality, safety, and timely service delivery.
